The investigation into family trouble that occurred in Wayne County resulted in the arrest of a 59-year-old Sodus man.
It is alleged that during an argument, Kevin Woods threw items at a victim, striking them in the head. It is further alleged that Woods took the same victim’s phone preventing them from calling 9-1-1 for police assistance as well as grabbing the victim by the hair and shoving them down.
Woods was charged with criminal mischief and harassment.
Woods was arrested and sent to Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
