A Sodus man was arrested for DWI following a traffic stop Easter morning on State Route 104 in the town of Sodus.
In addition to DWI, Paul Morales was charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, speeding, and failure to display evidence of registration. Morales was eventually taken to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office where a breath sample showed a .00 of 1% blood alcohol content. Deputies then conducted a DRE evaluation, which alleges Morales was impaired due to consuming a substance other than alcohol.
Morales was brought to the Wayne County Jail for processing and was released on an appearance ticket for Sodus Town Court.
