The investigation into a domestic incident on Saturday resulted in the arrest of a Sodus man.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, Francisco Diaz Diaz recklessly caused physical injury to another person when he allegedly shoved another man, who fell to the ground and struck his head.
Diaz Diaz was charged with assault and was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment
