A 23-year-old Sodus man was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office following a warrant investigation.
Geoffery Evans is accused of failing to make scheduled court appearances on a misapplication of property and petit larceny charges. Deputies allege that while taking Evans into custody, he fought with them. He was also charged with resisting arrest.
Evans was taken into custody and brought to Wayne County Jail to be arraigned in CAP Court.
