The investigation into a family trouble in the town of Sodus Monday night resulted in the arrest of a 23-year-old Sodus man.
Nolan Kelsey is accused of violating an active Refrain From Order of Protection. It is alleged that during a verbal altercation with a relative, Kelsey made gestures and statements that were annoying and alarming in nature.
Kelsey was charged with harassment and criminal contempt. He was being held at the Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
