A Sodus man was arrested Monday by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office on harassment and obstruction of governmental administration charges.
The charges against Terry Gosnell stem from an investigation into a domestic incident that occurred in the village of Sodus. The 40-year-old is accused of subjecting another person to unwanted physical contact. It is also alleged that when Deputies went to place Gosnell under arrest, he failed to comply with lawful orders.
Gosnell was subsequently arrested and transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
