The investigation into a family trouble in Wayne County resulted in the arrest of a Sodus man.
49-year-old Timothy King is accused of refusing to leave a woman’s home after an argument. When she attempted to call 9-1-1, the victim claimed King pushed her and physically attempted to take her phone so she couldn’t call for help.
King was brought to Wayne County Jail to await arraignment on charges of harassment and criminal mischief.
An Order of Protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
