A Sodus man has been arrested for an alleged incident that occurred back in June in Wayne County.
The charges against Nathan Herbert stem from an investigation into a 911 call that was placed on June 25th regarding a man standing outside of the front doors of a convenience store in Williamson yelling at and asking customers for alcoholic beverages.
The 42-year-old Herbert was charged with obstructing governmental administration, trespass, criminally using drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct, and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Herbert was arrested on Sunday and will appear in Williamson Town Court at a later date.
