The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Town of Sodus Man following an investigation into the report of a suspicious condition at the Mobil gas station in the Town of Sodus located at 6114 Rt. 104.
Deputies arrested James W. Fuller Jr., age 39, of 32 Union St. Apt. 2, Sodus following the investigation. Fuller was charged with 1 count of Driving while Intoxicated as a felony, 1 count of Aggravated DWI – Blood Alcohol Content .18 or higher as a felony, and 1 count of Driving with .08 of 1% or more of Alcohol as a felony. The charges stem from the report of a suspicious condition at 6114 Rt. 104, the Mobil gas station in Sodus. It was reported that the male was slumped over his steering wheel in the parking lot.
Mr. Fuller was taken to the Wayne County Jail and released on traffic tickets he is due to return to the Sodus Town Court at a later date and time to answer to the charges.
