A Sodus man has been arrested after an altercation with his roommate.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, 32-year old Nicholas Darling of Sodus was arrested after allegedly striking his roommate and grabbing him by the throat. His action’s left the victim ” feeling harassed, alarmed and annoyed but also impeded the victim’s normal ability to breathe.”
Darling was taken o Wayne County Jail for arraignment
