A Sodus man was arrested over the weekend following an investigation into a harassment complaint.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports Theodore McMinn, Junior, was standing on an adjacent property of a woman who currently has an order of protection against him. The 56-year-old Sodus man is accused of yelling and making threatening statements towards the protected party. McMinn left the scene prior to deputies arriving but was located several hours later and taken into custody.
McMinn was charged with harassment and criminal contempt and was released on an appearance ticket for Sodus Town Court.
