A Sodus man was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office after he allegedly threatened harm to a regional business.
It is alleged that Lance Hall called RG&E customer service after his utilities were shut off and threatened harm to the RG&E office building. The 40-year-old was charged with aggravated harassment for the May 22nd incident.
Following his CAP Court arraignment, Hall was released on an appearance ticket for Sodus Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
