A Sodus man was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office Saturday on criminal obstruction of breathing charges.
28-year-old Nicholas Kilmer is accused of choking a woman multiple times during a domestic incident.
Kilmer was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
