A Skaneateles man was ticketed by Penn Yan Police following a traffic stop in the village.
Police say Kenneth Kindred was observed driving 45 mph in a posted 30 mph zone. Officers initiated a traffic stop and determined that Kindred’s New York State driver’s license was suspended. He was ticketed for aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and speeding.
Kindred was released with traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
