A Skaneateles man was arrested by Seneca Falls Police for allegedly driving drunk with a child in the car.
Andrew Russo was initially stopped for speeding on Ovid Street at around 10 Saturday night. During the stop, officers determined Russo was allegedly driving his car while intoxicated. With a child in the car, Russo was arrested on a charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated under Leandra’s Law. He was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child, driving while intoxicated, and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08%.
Russo was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
