A disturbance at the Speedway in the town of Manchester resulted in the arrest of a 41-year-old Shortsville man.
Michael Gavette was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and driving while intoxicated.
Following his arraignment, Gavette was released on an appearance ticket for Manchester Town Court.
