Shortsville Man Arrested on Bench Warrant

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Shortsville man on a bench warrant.

The warrant for David Fox’s arrest was issued out of Ontario County Court on October 30th due to his alleged failure to appear in court on felony DWI charges.

Fox was arrested without incident and was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment at Ontario County Court.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
