A Shortsville man has a date in Canandaigua City Court following his arrest by Canandaigua Police.
Jordan Wicks was served a summons for harassment following the report of a disturbance at the City Pier on May 27th. The 19-year-old is accused of punching another person during a verbal argument.
Wick will appear in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
