A Shortsville man was arrested on Monday afternoon for allegedly selling crack cocaine in the City of Canandaigua.
39-year-old Shawn Stenglein was charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance after allegedly selling crack to a known individual back on June 12.
Stenglein was processed at the Ontario County Jail and held there to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
