A Monroe County resident was arrested Sunday by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office following the investigation into a shoplifting complaint.
26-year-old Isiah Debouse, of Greece, is accused of passing all points of sale at Von Maur in the town of Victor without rendering payment for $98 worth of merchandise.
Debouse is due back in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge of petit larceny.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
