The investigation into a larceny complaint at the Canandaigua Walmart store resulted in the arrest of an 18-year-old from Rochester.
Ranse Almenteros is accused of leaving the store with $149.00 worth of merchandise and not attempting to pay for it.
Almenteros was charged with petit larceny and was released on an appearance ticket.
