A shoplifting complaint at Dick’s Sporting Goods led to an arrest on Sunday.
Josue Santos the Third was taken into custody by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office after he allegedly passed all points of sale without rendering payment of $239.98 worth of merchandise.
The 29-year-old Santos was charged with larceny and was released on an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
