A Rochester man was arrested on Thursday following a shoplifting complaint at Eastview Mall in Victor.
40-year-old Elton Duni is accused of concealing $247 worth of merchandise from Von Maur and allegedly left the store without paying for it.
Duni was released on an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court.
