The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff reports the arrest of a Rochester man following the investigation into a call of a disturbance where it was reported that a man was refusing to leave a residence in the Village of Clyde.
After identifying the male causing the disturbance, Deputies arrested Geno R. Wynn age 59 of Saint Paul St in the City of Rochester.
It was determined by Deputies at the scene that Wynn had an active bench warrant and was arrested on the warrant following the investigation. Wynn, being a registered sex offender, originally failed to notify the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office of a change in his home address back in 2021.
Wynn was transported to the Wayne County Hall of Justice where he was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
