A Seneca Falls man was arrested early Saturday morning following a reported domestic incident, according to the Seneca Falls Police Department.
Police say 52-year-old Ricardo Franquiquinonez was taken into custody after officers responded to a physical domestic disturbance. Following an investigation, Franquiquinonez was charged with assault in the third degree and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, all misdemeanors.
He was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he is being held pending arraignment.
Police say an order of protection was requested on behalf of the victims.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
