A Seneca Falls woman was arrested on Thursday following the investigation into a domestic disturbance.
It is alleged that while Seneca Falls Police were arresting another person involved, Jessica Hopf tried to prevent officers from making the arrest. Hopf was charged with obstruction of governmental administration and harassment.
Hopf was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
