Seneca Falls Woman Charged With Harassment, Endangering the Welfare of a Child

A domestic incident Saturday afternoon in Seneca Falls resulted in the arrest of a 41-year-old Seneca Falls woman.

According to police, Jennifer Felshaw was reportedly involved in a dispute between a boyfriend and a girlfriend. It’s alleged Felshaw was talking with the boyfriend, causing the two women to argue. Felshaw is accused of shoving the other woman while she was holding onto an infant child. Two other children also witnessed the incident.

Felshaw was charged with a count of harassment and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. She was brought to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.

An order of protection was requested for the victim and the children.
