A Seneca Falls woman was arrested Wednesday on an outstanding bench warrant.
The warrant for Jessica Dyson was issued after she failed to appear in court to answer petit larceny and conspiracy charges. Dyson was taken into custody by Seneca Falls Police and additionally charged with bail jumping.
Dyson was brought to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
