Following multiple investigations into theft complaints from Walmart in Seneca Falls Police, a local woman has been arrested on three felony counts of falsifying business records charges.
Colette Teneyck is accused of stealing merchandise and scanning less expensive items in place of more expensive items on three separate dates.
She was also charged with three counts of misdemeanor petit larceny.
Colette was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
