The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office says a Seneca Falls woman has been arrested on a warrant stemming from a 2024 theft case.
Deputies took 28-year-old Amanda Savard into custody Thursday afternoon on an arrest warrant for petit larceny. Investigators allege Savard stole nearly $349 worth of merchandise from a business in the Town of Waterloo in June 2024.
Savard was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
