A Seneca Falls woman was arrested by Seneca Falls Police following a shoplifting incident at a business on August 30th.
It is alleged that Monique Vascellaro stole merchandise from the business and left the property without making any attempt to pay for the merchandise in her possession.
Vascellaro was charged with petit larceny and was released on an appearance ticket
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
