A Seneca Falls woman was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant for Ontario County Court.
The bench warrant for 31-year-old Shaniqura Bailey was issued after she allegedly failed to comply with the directive to take part in a Court Ordered Program following a guilty plea to a burglary charge.
Bailey was transported to the Ontario County Jail following her arrest to await an appearance in Ontario County Court
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
