A Seneca Falls woman was arrested twice on the same day by Seneca Falls Police.
The first arrest of 47-year-old Tifini Mills was on a bench warrant that was issued when she allegedly failed to appear in court for the initial charge of petit larceny, burglary, resisting arrest, and obstruction of governmental administration. The second arrest for Mills was on another bench warrant that was issued when she allegedly failed to appear in court on charges of petit larceny and burglary.
Following her arrests, Mills was sent to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
