A Seneca Falls woman was arrested by the Seneca Falls Police Department after she allegedly threatened to shoot another person with whom she was involved in a verbal argument.
The victim told police they feared for their life after Michaela Buck made the threat. The 25-year-old was charged with menacing.
Buck was brought to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment. An Order of Protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
