The investigation into a domestic disturbance in the town of Seneca Falls resulted in the arrest of a Seneca Falls woman on Sunday.
During the disturbance, it is alleged that Sabrina Taylor engaged in a physical altercation with her domestic partner, which was determined by police to be injurious to the moral, mental, and physical welfare of young children present.
Taylor was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. She was processed and transported to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
An Order of Protection was requested on behalf of the children.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
