The investigation into an October traffic stop by Seneca Falls Police resulted in the arrest of a Seneca Falls woman.
During the initial traffic stop, Seneca Falls Police suspected that Joan Stuck was driving under the influence of drugs. Following a thorough investigation, it was confirmed that the 57-year-old was impaired by a narcotic.
Stuck was charged with one count of Driving While Intoxicated Under the influence of Drugs and was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
