Arrest 1:
On October 21, 2024, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jessica Hopf, age 34, of Seneca Falls, NY. The arrest stems from a bench warrant that was issued when Hopf failed to appear to court for the initial charge of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Hopf was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
Arrest 2:
On October 21, 2024, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jessica Hopf, age 34, of Seneca Falls, NY. The arrest stems from a bench warrant that was issued when Hopf failed to appear to court for the initial charge of Harassment in the second degree, Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the second degree and Resisting Arrest. Hopf was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
