On October 22, 2024, The town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Michelle Baker, age 36, of Seneca Falls, NY. The arrest stems from a traffic stop that was conducted in Seneca Falls when Baker drove over the hazard markings and failed to maintain her lane. Upon further investigation, it was learned Baker was operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition. Baker was charged with Driving while Intoxicated over 0.08% BAC, a misdemeanor, along with several other traffic citations.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
