A Seneca Falls woman was arrested early Saturday morning after a domestic incident.
Police say 40-year-old Jessica Price was taken into custody Saturday morning and charged with second-degree harassment, a violation.
Price was processed at the Seneca Falls Police Department and then taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment. An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
