A complaint of a woman reportedly passed out behind the wheel of her car at a Seneca Falls gas station led to an arrest Thursday morning.
When police arrived on scene they found 34-year-old Jessica Newbrook, of Seneca Falls, passed out and impaired by drugs. Police also found crack cocaine in her car. Newbrook was charged with DWAI Drugs, criminal use of drug paraphernalia, and three counts of criminal possession.
Newbrook will answer the charges in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
