Seneca Falls Woman Accused of Using GPS to Stalk Victims

SHARE NOW

Police arrested a Seneca Falls woman on stalking charges.

The arrest stems from an investigation that was conducted after it was reported that Mykaela Turner was tracking other people utilizing GPS. During the investigation, it was learned that the 25-year-old was continuously following the victims to public places without conducting any legitimate business or purpose. During one of the incidents, Turner allegedly engaged in a verbal altercation with the victims in front of a child and made derogatory and abusive comments.

In addition to stalking, Turner was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of harassment.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
