Police arrested a Seneca Falls woman after she allegedly shoved a man who was holding a newborn baby in his arms at the time.
The incident involving 27-year-old Clarissa Miller also happened in front of two other children. Miller was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, as well as harassment. The newborn was checked over by North Seneca Ambulance personnel and was not injured.
Miller was released on appearance tickets for Seneca Falls Town Court.
