The investigation into an October 19th shoplifting incident at the Walmart Supercenter in Seneca Falls has resulted in the arrest of a Seneca Falls woman.
During the incident, Joan Stuck was allegedly observed taking merchandise and passing all points of sale without rendering payment.
Stuck was charged with petit larceny and was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
