A Seneca Falls woman was arrested Sunday night following a shoplifting incident at a local business.
According to Seneca Falls Police, Chelsea Ticer allegedly stole the merchandise on August 22nd and left the business without making any attempt to pay for it.
Ticer was charged with petit larceny and was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
