SHARE NOW

A Seneca Falls woman was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle following an investigation by the Seneca Falls Police Department.

42-year-old Heather Kaufman is accused of using a car without permission from the owner. She reportedly borrowed the car but refused to return it at the agreed-upon time and date.

Kaufman was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

The victim was able to recover their vehicle.

Kaufman was processed and released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
