A Seneca Falls woman is facing drug charges following a traffic stop early Monday morning.
During the investigation, Joan Stuck was allegedly found to have crack cocaine by Seneca Falls Town Police. The 57-year-old was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Stuck was released on an appearance ticket to answer the charges at a later date at the Town of Seneca Falls Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
