A Seneca Falls woman has been arrested on charges of misuse of food stamps and two counts of petit larceny.
Darlene Humby is accused of allowing another person to use her SNAP benefits in exchange for payment.
The 46-year-old Humby was released on an appearance ticket for Waterloo Town Court.
