On June 22nd, 2024, at 2:43 p.m., The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Alexander McDermott, age 19, of Seneca Falls, NY. Alexander was observed taking merchandise from 1860 North Road, known as Walmart. Benito had collected a multitude of items from the store and passed all points of sale with no attempt to render payment. Alexander was charged with one count of Petit Larceny and was released on an appearance ticket to answer for the charges at a later date in the Town of Seneca Falls Court.
