A Seneca Falls resident was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on drug charges.
The arrest of Benyamina Fox stems from a drug investigation where the 46-year-old is alleged to have sold methamphetamine in the town of Seneca Falls. Fox was charged with two counts of criminal possession and criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Following arraignment, Rox was released to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
