Seneca Falls Police arrested a 44-year-old man on a felony charge following a theft investigation.
It was determined that on November 6th, Kenneth Murray allegedly left a Seneca Falls business without paying for merchandise.
Murray was charged with felony grand larceny and was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
